Based in the heart of Chelmsford, emBeauty is a salon providing a range of semi-permanent makeup and microblading treatments.
Whether you’re looking for volumising lash extensions or fuller eyebrows, our highly qualified technicians are committed to delivering beauty treatments at the highest standard. All of our expert technicians are professional and friendly, they’ll put you at ease right away and answer any questions you may have about the treatments.
Accredited by the British Association of Beauty and Cosmetology, we also have a modern treatment salon that is fully equipped with the latest microblading and PMU equipment. Our team are dedicated to keeping the treatment area quiet and clean at all times to ensure your positive experience.
emBeauty was opened in 2011 by Monika Gubanska who has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. At the beginning of emBeauty, Monika was carrying out various beauty therapy treatments but she quickly realised there was a need for a semi-permanent makeup specialist in Essex. Since then, Monika has trained with some of the world’s leading educators for microblading and semi-permanent makeup. She achieved the title of ‘Royal Artist’ while learning the art of PhiBrows microblading at PhiAcademy. Her work was later noticed by the renowned training provider, AcademyS by Sviatoslav Otchenash, and an excellent partnership began! As a trusted practitioner and trainer, Monika regularly participates as a panellist and speaker at international beauty forums and conferences. She is also an internal quality verifier for Level 4 Microblading and Micropigmentation in the UK.
During her time working with AcademyS, Monika met a fellow semi-permanent makeup master practitioner, Tatjana Sevruk. The pair of AcademyS masters would later start working together at emBeauty, providing high quality, natural microbladed brows and tattoo makeup. As an extremely talented and qualified technician, Tatjana has a wealth of experience in the beauty industry which she brings to her clients’ treatments. During the latest talent show at a Permanent Makeup conference in Kiev, Tatjana was awarded a diploma of appreciation for her presentation at the Universal Grand Class in PMU & Microblading.
Both Monika and Tatjana were honoured to be the first representatives of AcademyS in the UK. As a result, they are keen to pass on their knowledge of microblading and semi-permanent makeup to others in the industry. Currently, Monika and Tatjana offer accredited training courses for beginners and advanced students in microblading and micro-pigmentation. These are based in our licensed and insured training room at our beauty salon in Chelmsford, Essex.
Salon Rules
Please note:
- New clients’ appointments will be secured with a £50 booking deposit. It will be deducted from the treatment price and it guarantees the appointment.
- Deposit is non refundable if cancellation is less than 48h
- Payments are by cash and cards but for any card payments an additional 2.5% will be charged (excluding online JUDO deposit and gift vouchers)
- Treatment times are approximate and may vary
- please be aware that if you come accompanied by other person they will have to wait in the area outside the treatment room.
- For safety reasons, and to ensure a tranquil atmosphere, babies and toddlers are not allowed to accompany you for your treatments in the treatment room.
- Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions or are taking any medication
- Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent upon your arrival
- A patch test is required 24 hours prior to eyebrow/lash tinting and microblading brows
Cancellation policy
We would respectfully ask that you give us 48hrs notice when cancelling or re-booking. We appreciate things come up but appointments over an hour may incur a 50% charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
